When we met Metabolic, they identified as a Sustainability Consultancy with a Research Institute (but also starting to do/be other things). Neo-Metabolism guided them through adolescence. 

Today, Metabolic identifies as a System Change Organisation with five powers: Sustainability Consultancy, Research Institute, Venture Studio, Software Tooling and Empowerment Foundation.

We’ve consulted Metabolic in formalising their Identity Architecture, which reshaped the organisational structure, clarified the team’s mental model of their work, and provided them with a new, integrated way to communicate their “why, how and what” to partners.
